A masters in healthcare quality: Students in this program complete 45 credit hours of course work and graduate with a master degree from the University of Oklahoma. The program can be provided at the sponsor’s site, if arranged.
A certificate in healthcare quality: This program provides participants enhanced skills in organizational development, team building, problem solving, and process improvement to initiate, develop, and sustain healthcare change. The 2005 program in Oklahoma City is now scheduled for June 20 to July 22, 2005.
A certificate in healthcare leadership: This program provides participants with improved skills to lead and manage complicated healthcare organizations. Students will learn advanced skills in organizational design, leadership, financial management, and strategy. The 2005 program in Oklahoma City is now scheduled for July 18 to August 19, 2005.
Individualized training: Select among our topics of expertise that you need and we will work with you to create the training that you desire. Some of the topics that can be offered include leadership, strategic management, quality improvement, reengineering, insurance, policy, and information systems.
