Oklahoma has been asked to review 18 scenarios as part of the Oklahoma Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration Project. In order to address as many barriers as possible to health information exchange it is important that a diverse group of stakeholders provide their input.

Your name or direct identification will not be attached to the business practices. Please note the stakeholder entity identified to comment on each scenario.
