RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Indicators of Water Quality:  Biological, chemical and physical water quality indicators in lotic, lentic and marine waters.  Ground water quality investigation.

Environmental Epidemiology: Human health risk factors associated with polluted water; private and public potable water supplies; and solid and hazardous waste generation, transportation and disposal.  Resource recovery and the impact on human health.

Emergency and Disaster preparedness:  Seismic safety requirements.

Environmental Health Manpower Needs:  Methods of recruiting students into the Environmental Health profession.
